Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

There is not a fully equipped kitchen, but there is a microwave and Russell Hobbs mini oven. A toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery are provided. There is a small fridge, and washing machine in the kitchen area. The bed is comfortable and fitted with good-quality sheets and bedding.

The bedroom features a queen bed and quality linen. Breakfast is provided consisting of cereal, bagels/toast, plunger coffee/ teas and preserves.
