Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres with lake view off of a small lake(not accessible). You'd be booking the lower level of our 2 level home. Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
