Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. 'Bedknobs' is a detached self-contained property in our back garden comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, & lounge/diner. The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

It has public transport to both Petersfield and Winchester. This cottage benefits from 2 bedrooms, downstairs shower room/ toilet, kitchen and lounge with wood burning stove. With a view to a stream to the front and beautiful countryside to the rear. It has off road parking, lockable storage for bikes, small paved cottage garden.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Our very unique and special woodland yurt is totally off-grid. Located in a private and ancient woodland on our farm, just outside Hambledon, in the heart of Hampshire, the perfect place to explore the South Downs National Park. A lone yurt in ancient woodland in the heart of Hampshire. Shrouded in nature. Hear the deer rustle through the brambles and watch the sunlight dapple the white, wood smoke rising through the trees. A place to relax through all the seasons.

The Glade at Ladyhill Vineyard near Winchester

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
