Hummerlyckan is a charming house located at Strandvagen in Hamburgsund. The house is spacious with two floors and a cozy secluded apartment in the basement. Ideal for 1-2 families. The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Drömläge i Smögen, balkong, p-plats och wi-fi

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.

Nära till bad, riktigt fina vandringar, historiska platser, konstskola, konstnärernas kollektivverkstad, konstnärscafé (på helgerna och alla dagar på sommaren.) Också nära till kända turistorter som Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan är nybyggd och ligger bredvid bostadshuset. Lugnt område, mest delårsboende.

Utedasset med belysning och vatten, har garanterat Sveriges vackraste utsikt. Utedusch med varmvatten skyddad från insyn. Båtvana krävs för att ta sig till den privatägda ön. Lägg till vid bryggan med stabil plasteka ca 5 m med 9 hk utombordare, bra att fiska ifrån. Bada vid den barnvänlig sandstranden mittemot.

Without WiFi, there is time for quiet reflection, socializing or immersion in a good book. Here near the ocean, guests enjoy a very harmonious stay. Lovely little cottage with sea view

Nice cottage in a quiet area with sea view. For the 2026 season, AC has been installed. Close to the beach and forest (with paths where you can both run and cycle MTB). Lagunens camping is quite close and there is a mini market, bike rental, mini golf etc. Daftöland which is an exciting amusement park for children and is located about 1km from the cottage.
