The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Welcome to our prairie paradise! Located in the middle of 40 acres of fields, trees, and native prairie grass - but just outside of the city of Grand Island- this property gives you the perfect balance of access to downtown and the possibility to escape from it all and enjoy its incredible natural environment. The house has been completely renovated with gorgeous dine-in kitchen and bamboo and tile floors throughout. Also has nice porch to view the bio luminescent fireflies at night.

This Carriage house sits in the back yard of the main house on this property. This property dates back 120 + years and is in excellent condition. It is a little piece of Aurora's history located right off our town square. The house can sleep 4, however I would say best suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room.
