Your unit is down a slightly sloped parking area and through a gate. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.
