It is conveniently located steps away from the beach, concerts, restaurants, and wedding venues. The cottage is set back off the road on a highly desirable, quiet, dead-end street and has a long rental history in the summer months. There is a gas grill, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove top burners, and electric griddle (no oven). Parking for 1 vehicle.

Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue. There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.
