THIS LISTING IS FOR BEDROOM 1. Bedroom 1 has one queen size bed and sleeps 2. This is a three-bedroom home with an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. We can accommodate as many as 6 overnight guests. PLEASE NOTE: Each bedroom has its own listing and must be booked separately! In order to have access to bedrooms 2 & 3, you must book them. Our home is centrally located on the border of Midtown just 2 blocks from Woodward, 10 minutes from Downtown Detroit using public transportation.

Please note: prices are different for double occupancy. This unique attic studio apartment is a favorite among travelers, students and professionals alike. This airy studio apartment offers an open floor plan which includes a private bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, work space, integrated living room, dining area and bedroom with a queen size bed. 4 skylights offer plenty of natural light. While we have AC, the system struggles to cool the large space when outside temps exceed 85.

It is close to all the action in Hamtramck, and a 15 min uber to downtown detroit. It has an open floor plan and is set up for up to 6 guest. Keep in mind this is a loft style apartment so there are no full walls and doors in the place. Privacy in the master area is provided by salvaged lockers that are perfect for stowing your things while you enjoy town.

The unit features private access from the side entrance and 17' high vaulted ceilings with a skylight ribbon that cuts through the space to reveal a slice of the sky. Our full kitchen is stocked with essentials. A dining table can accommodate work or meals. The bedroom has a gorgeous view to historic Michigan Central Train Depot.
