To many of us, these precious beings are our family, and what better way to explore the area than with them right beside you? No pet, no problem, you are of course, very welcome as well! Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains only ten minutes from both downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski, and Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, this fully-equipped tiny house on wheels is a great spot for vacation or an extended stay in the Appalachians. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child). Surrounded on three sides by the Pisgah National Forest with a long-range mountain view from the deck, adventure awaits right outside the door. Sunbear also has high-speed internet for remote work and a backup generator. Cooler months offer backcountry hiking along creeks chocked with waterfalls off the eastern flank of the cabin. Summer features wildlife, Fireflies, and a nice quiet place to escape the summer heat.

Listen to the sounds of the creek directly in front of cabin. There is a detached bathroom, with toilet, cold water sink, and outdoor hot shower. This is for someone who loves nature and simplicity and wants to unplug for a true getaway experience.
