A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. A quiet, simple retreat just 15 minutes from Ålesund city centre, with space for children to play indoors and outdoors. Family-friendly setup with toys, a small playroom, and outdoor play equipment including a trampoline and swings. The property includes a small private waterside area reached by steps leading down from the garden.

I idylliske og vakre Sykkylvsfjorden ligger en nybygd hytte/rorbu, høy standard, like i vannkanten. Stille, fredelig, med fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell, mindre enn 10 m fra vannkanten. 70m2 pluss stort rom på bryggenivå. Unik utforming, store vindusflater, og rom på flere nivåer. Ett soverom med dobbelseng, og stor sovesofa på hems/TV-stuen. Flislagt bad ved soverom. Underetasjen med dobbel port, utsyn over fjorden, og med eget toalett/vaskerom og kjøleskap/frys.

"Gamlehuset"

På idylliske Sæbøneset gard ligg "Gamlehuset". Med panoramautsikt ut over dei majestetiske "Sunnmørsalpane" ligg garden som har vore i familien i fleire generasjoner. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

Hytte på Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Romslig hytte med flott utsikt og turterreng rett utanfor døra. Hytta ligg i nærheten av skianlegget (ski inn/ski ut) og fine preparerte langrennsløyper og lysløype er like i nærheten. Området har elles flotte turmuligheter også til fots. Fjellsetra er eit godt utgangspunkt for mange fine toppturer både sommer og vinter. Det er også eit godt utgangspunkt fir dagsreise til Geiranger og Ålesund. Om sommeren kan en også fiske i Nysætervatnet (må kjøpe fiskekort).

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.
