Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.

Nestled in the small rural community of Sonora, KY; and just off Exit 81 of Interstate 65, this apartment offers a beautiful back deck overlooking our small lake with fountain. Only 5 minutes from Glendale, Ky. While visiting you may see deer, squirrels, fish jumping in the lake as well as rabbits. You are welcome to bring your fishing pole and catch some fish. If peace and quiet are what you are looking for, but still need access to a major highway, this is the place.

We are just 15 miles south of Elizabethtown, 10 miles west of Hodgenville, the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln, 50 miles south of Louisville, 50 miles north of Bowling Green, 90 miles west of Lexington, and 105 miles south of Nashville, Tennessee.
