It is situated on the fifteenth hole of the Southbroom golf course, 120 m from the beach, and 500 m from the famous Granny's Tidal Pool. We have recently added a 3rd room & we can now easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. We also now have a main kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lovely open plan apartment directly on the main beach of the quiet Palm Beach. 100m from the local pub and restaurant and a small convenience store plus laundry. We have solar, lithium batteries and JoJo tanks on the property so no problem with water or loadshedding. Please note: The property is not suitable for infants or children.
