Good transport links; railway stations at Meopham, Borough Green & Ebbsfleet providing services DIRECT from London in UNDER 45 minutes. M25/M20 are close by.

This is a self contained small cottage in the grounds of our home. It is finished to a high spec with all modern fixtures. There is a private decking area, overlooking our private woodland and private car park for 2 cars. It is all on one level, apart from one small step from the kitchen into the lounge. It has fully climate controlled heating & fully fitted kitchen. There are 2 TVs with Freeview plus a DVD player in the lounge (and a selection of DVD’s), separate DAB radio and fast broadband.

The Hideaway is situated in the heart of Kent in the rural village of Sole Street, Parish of Cobham & Luddesdown. We are walking distance to Sole Street Station on the Victoria line to London. Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. The Barn at West Buckland

Located just under a mile along the Weald Way, The Barn at West Buckland sits surrounded by arable farmland and woodland. Footpaths lead to local vineyards and apple orchards, pubs, cafeterias, and wild-flower meadows. The Barn has a well-appointed self-contained apartment with a king sized bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchen/living area with seating. A double door opens out onto a balcony where you can eat whilst enjoying a lovely panoramic view over the fields.
