At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home.
