This unique, romantic & luxury home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our historical building is in the beating heart of the Old Town, once home to Duke of Wellington. Our blue plaque is proudly presented at the front of the building. Our Old Town is famous for its busy festive calendar which makes our apartment perfect as a base when attending Jack in the Green, Carnival or Bonfire night or as a relaxing base for visiting one of the many food, wine or musical events.

My favourite place

This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.
