A fully equipped attached unit, private from the Home- Just a 4 minute walk to a private bay of Hatfields beach, or 10 minutes walk to the ever popular orewa beach for swims. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, a queen bed with an additional double studio bed option to pull down in the spacious lounge. Suitable for up to 4/small family.

Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.
