Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The house is right off the main highway. It is on a dead end street with only three houses and a beautiful meadow on the other side. The back deck makes it easy to sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions. Free Wifi and parking make this spot even sweeter. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Memory foam mattresses make for a good night's sleep.

Outside you will find plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the view of the Ohio River just 2 blocks away. The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown Owensboro and popular attractions such as the Convention Center, Bluegrass Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Jack C. Fisher Park.

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.

Restored log cabin covered with white lap boards on outside is located on a county road in a rural community. 10 minutes from Historic Corydon with its many shops and sights to see with a Walmart near by. A small creek close by is great for canoeing, fishing and several caverns and wineries are in the area for you to enjoy.
