Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

Beautiful Oxford townhouse just a gentle stroll away from the historic university with a lovely garden A very short walk away is the historic university parks, the historic university, town center, the vibrant Cowley road & the JR hospital are all reachable on foot in 15 minutes. I live opposite and have a driveway for guests free of charge should they need this and am readily available should you have any questions. High Speed Fibre optic WIFI is present in the house and smart TV.
