There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Please note that this is not a self catering establishment, there is no cooking facilities.

Fast internet and lovely garden and pool views. We use solar power so not affected by load shedding. Kitchenette only, no stove/oven.
