At this quiet, newly renovated (2022) retreat, you can experience great fishing, incredible sunrises and sunsets, bald eagles, blue herons, deer, various birds, and other wildlife. Relax and dine on the deck or lakeside flagstone patio while enjoying crackling embers in the fire pit.

Historic 1860 schoolhouse retreat! Modern comforts: WiFi, smart TV, kitchen, heat/AC, laundry, clawfoot tub, record player. King-size bed in the bedroom, and a single bed in the loft. The living room has two large sofas, and we also have a queen-size air mattress. Enjoy 2 serene acres near the Delaware River. 1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg, NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
