You'll have 3 fenced acres with trees, deer, birds singing, and an outdoor patio to enjoy the sunset with views of the La Platas. With a hot tub & sauna, enjoy the peace & quiet while watching the stars at night. Inside you have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 desk working spaces, starlink, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system. With town nearby, it’s perfect for relaxing and pets!

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

The Cabin/studio at Cooncreek Ranch

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and BBQ on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. Wifi is adequate but not sufficient for Zoom or gaming. Please! No pets!! Service animals must not be left unattended!

Stylish and peaceful retreat in the Animas Valley! We are 5 minutes to town, on the way to Purgatory, and just a couple of minutes from Durango Hot Springs. With waterfall hiking and mountain biking trails out the door, we offer a gateway to outdoor adventure. Our apartment has large windows with mountain views, a modern kitchen, open floor plan, and comfortable bedrooms. The home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Modern Farmhouse on the River- 10 minutes to town

Newer modern farmhouse "barndominium". Nested in the trees, this riverfront property is bright, open and private. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Durango where you can enjoy shopping, recreation and an abundance of local restaurants. However, you may find it hard to leave this cozy oasis. ***Please note: the main house on the 3 acre property is currently under construction with an addition. Prices have been adjusted for this inconvenience.

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
