When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

Located on 3.5 acres at the end of a country lane, the Shiny Tiny overlooks a pastural yard. Very private. Lots of Boat/trailer parking. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry. Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

Entertainment District Loft

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).
