Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

Cozy loft in the Lead, SD. Moments from downtown, but secluded. Minutes to outdoor activities, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, or snowmobiling. Winter months, all wheel / 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must!! Close to restaurants, brew pub, and night life!! Kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, (with pans), and small frig. The loft has electric heat and portable AC. There are 18 steps to get to the loft, for two people. Not kid proof. No pets accepted.

House on the Hill

A beautiful, quiet retreat in the Black Hills. The 1100 SFT open concept suite is inviting and easily accommodates 4 people. Located above the garage, this unit includes two bedrooms, (1 with a queen bed and 1 with a full bed with full trundle) and a bathroom. The views of the hills are incredible. UPDATE: There is NO stove. Other ways to cook are provided e.g. air fryer/instant pot, hot plate, microwave, toaster, gas grill) PLEASE NOTE: There is NO TV in the suite. The WiFi is EXCELLENT
