Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Enjoy the beautiful brick walls and industrial architecture of this 100 year old building located in charming downtown Hillsboro, Texas. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown has to offer! The Loft is located above a beautiful warehouse wedding venue, so please be aware that most weekend nights will be reserved for wedding parties, but please inquire to see if we are available!
