Enjoy a comfortable and clean space surrounded by a lush tropical landscape. Hear the sound of crashing waves from within the stylish interior or spacious lanai. This creative, vibrant area hosts a large drum circle on Sunday nights as well as local music and food down the road at Uncle Roberts.

Our home is located in Hilo (Waiakea Uka) higher elevation cooler area. This agriculture neighborhood consists of 3 plus acre lots, farm animals and lots of pasture land. Our guest will enjoy a peaceful country like retreat stay. The studio is comfortable, spacious and bright. Full bathroom shower/toilet, full kitchen/dishes (see pictures). The studio has two sliding glass doors; main entrance overlooks the court yard/Lanai, other door opens to a balcony over looking three acres of pasture.

This spacious ground-floor apartment can sleep four very comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.
