Nestled in the leafy suburbs of central Hilton, 1.5km from St Anne’s, Cedara Way provides ease of access to the greater Midlands area and local schools. We boast an expansive garden with a swimming pool. The house is open plan with four bedrooms which sleep 8 and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, lounge and living room area open onto the patio and a braai area which overlooks the pool with a table that seats 14. A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. A home away from home we offer comfort. (It is not a modern build, as it is one of the first houses built in Gowrie Village) Kindly note, there are 2 outdoor cats on the property that are only around for food. They won't bother guests Enjoy!
