The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Weil es in einer Wohnsiedlung liegt, ist es sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt (München-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) sind es nur ca. 4km. Von hier kann man gleich Loswandern und Biken. Der Radweg ist 1 Minute entfernt, das Schwimmbad 5 min zu Fuß
