Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

The Old Stable provides comfortable self contained accommodation in the picturesque village of Stanford in the Vale, located in the beautiful Vale of White Horse close to the Ridgeway. We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.

Our annex is in the heart of Oxfordshire a perfect space to unwind and relax. in a beautiful area of the village surrounded by fields and brooks. close to all amenities and Williams, Grove Technology park, Milton park, Harwell, Didcot, and Oxford, Frilford golf club and Drayton park golf club. with a 7 minute walk to the bus stop offering direct route to Wantage, Didcot and Oxford. If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

A self contained Annexe

We live in a beautiful village with many countryside walks to choose from. We have Aston potteries shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk which does the most delicious lunches/cakes. We’re just a stones throw away from Witney town centre which boasts many eateries and plenty of high street shops. Our annexe is attached to the side of our home above a double garage, it has velux windows which gives a nice lighting. The room is spacious with a good size en-suite and it’s own entrance.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds
