This quiet, well fitted one bedroom BASEMENT STUDIO APARTMENT fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette( stove, microwave,kettle, toaster, fridge) and internet. The place allows guests to be fully independent during their stay in Hobart. The Studio IS UP to the HILL ( MountStuart). At430 meters from North Hobart restaurants strip, buses, the State Theatre cinema, Chemist, the Post Office and pubs. 20 minutes walk down Elizabeth Street brings you to the centre of the city.

Sofa can sleep extra guest if req. Unit is on ground floor of adjoining house.

The Woodland Inn is not “inside city limits” but that is our thing. Perfect to escape the city, relax and reset on a tassie vacation. Located only a 10 min drive from Sandy Bay but based on a 10 acre lot. The Woodland Inn is the best of both worlds. Perfectly situated to forget the hustle&bustle of your day job and feel reconnected to the world. We do live onsite in the main house, but other than helping out when needed you won’t hear from us. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay!

Bella Vista Sandy Bay

This one bedroom self contained flat is part of the main house (all beds are in the one room). The flat has separate entrance. New fully-furnished kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.

A private self contained studio apartment located in the quiet hillside suburb of South Hobart. Easy walking distance to some great attractions including the Cascade Brewery and the female factory. Five minute drive (3km), or a scenic half hour walk to the centre of Hobart, Salamanca markets and the wharf precinct. Note - There is a set of stairs alongside a steep driveway to the studio entrance and may not be suited to those with walking difficulties.
