Die Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür. Der Bach liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt. Daher ist ein romantisches, erholsames Rauschen und Plätschern im Garten zu hören. Die Sauna lädt euch zum Entspannen ein, aber auch für die Kleinen ist etwas geboten… u.a. ein Klettergerüst mit Rutsche & Schaukel & Trampolin ;)

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

In every season it's a great choice for people who love mountains and enjoy relaxing holidays far from the city noise. The flat is ideal for trekking and walking lovers: the landscape is breathtaking and there are many paths starting nearby. It is suitable for couples or families with children, but also for a group of friends.
