Kamesei Ryokan is a family-run traditional onsen inn with mostly warm wood construction and gardens throughout. We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.

We also have a compact music studio in the main lodge with guitars, bass, keyboard and electronic drum kit - suitable for a small group of musicians with space for 3 to 4 players and 6 to 8 intimate audience seats.

1 Bed in a 6 Bed Premium Mixed Dormitory. 1 bed per person. Each bed has own storage space for suitcases / ski & snowboard bags. There is 1 lock box per bed to keep you personal items secure. The Joint Hakuba is centrally located in the heart of Echoland Hakuba. A short stroll to restaurants, bars, cafes. Open fire place in our comfortable lounge room ,watch Netflix. Located a 15 min walk / 4 min drive from Tsugaike kogen ski area, a beautiful log cabin villa at the end of the road. The home features five ensuite bedrooms, carpeted and wood flooring throughout the home and heating throughout - everything you need to keep warm and cozy while enjoying the winter. The place is really quiet and peaceful surrounded by forest. Parking available. Breakfast included.

Penke Panke Lodge is a well equipped nature lodge located in the scenic upper Wadano at the base of Happoone ski resort. Enjoy nature but without loosing all the modern comforts of home. We have complimentary bikes and rafts to take the lake and you can enjoy a evening BBQ for only 2,000 yen to help us cover the cost of the coals or gas and the time to clean the grill.
