Direct Oceanfront Condo 1st floor at Daytona Beach Resort for easy, no-elevator access. Fully furnished one bedroom with King bed, open concept into the kitchen and living room with sofa sleeper. This Unit is located to the south side of the Resort, the pool deck in this area was damaged from previous hurricanes. The Resort is currently undergoing ongoing repairs, seawall restoration where you will have construction/noises. While we provide a clean, comfortable stay with Pool/Gym/Fitness.

Clean, comfortable, and positioned for some of the best unobstructed water views in the building. Renovations are underway — some daytime noise and occasional dust is part of the process. Three outdoor lots provide adequate parking — see property description for full details. One spot included; additional parking available as a paid upgrade with 24-hour notice

Beach is beautiful for swimming, surfing, relaxing, fishing and other water activities. There is endless walking opportunity to north and south. There is some daytime car driving on the beach, but it is regulated and not a problem.
