Charming Private Home in Heart of Hollywood

I am open to pets. HOWEVER please reach out to me before booking if you are planning to bring a pet. I want to make sure its a good fit. Also I do charge a pet fee that is for deep cleaning due to future guests with pet allergy sensitivities. If you end up having a pet stay without my approval and I find out from my cleaners I will charge an additional $25 a day. Charming Spanish bungalow sits in the heart of Hollywood tucked away on a hidden quiet walk street within walking distance of everything you need or want-movie theaters, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, yoga classes. Located 4 blocks from Hollywood Blvd. 2 blocks from the Cahuenga Corridor, which is considered one the coolest areas in Los Angeles, if not the United States because all within a 4 block radius are great restaurants, bars, music venues, clubs, recording studios, juice bars, yoga studios, gyms, a farmers market, shops and much more. So you dont even need to rent a car!!!! On a historical note--This house was used as housing for MGM actors in the 20s and 30s including the likes of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton! The house was entirely remodeled a few years ago while keeping the original hardwood floors and french windows.
