An Attic Studio with A/C – Your Perfect Getaway

I’d love to invite you to stay in my renovated Attic Studio, which has a private entrance, located in a family house surrounded by nature, yet just a stone’s throw away from the center of Český Krumlov. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Toto jedinečné útulné rodinné studio je ukryté v samém srdci historického centra Českého Krumlova. Situované je v přízemí autentického domu z 16. století. Interiér je zcela nově zrekonstruovaný s důrazem na detail, pohodlí a funkčnost. Dominantou studia je prostorná a mimořádně pohodlná postel s kvalitní matrací, která zaručí dokonalý odpočinek po dni stráveném objevováním města. K dispozici je také plně vybavená kuchyň, ideální pro všechny, kdo si chtějí dopřát domácí vaření i na cestách.

A Riverside Retreat

Our private and cozy apartment blends old-world charm with essential amenities, offering a genuine taste of life in this fairy-tale riverside town. From our garden, you can view resident beavers going about their evening routines, herons fishing in the shallows, and waterfowl paddling with and against the current. This five-hundred-year-old house retains its traditional character with original architectural details and thick stone walls, while thoughtful updates ensure modern comfort.

Naše chata

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

Nadstandardně vybavená chalupa pro všechny, kteří mají rádi panenskou přírodu a přesto si rádi dopřejí luxusní ubytování. K dispozici je prostorná zahrada, kde se nachází pergola s terasou. V případě nepříznivého počasí můžete posedět ve společenské místnosti s krbem. Zažijte relax v koupacím sudu s vířivkou s jedinečným výhledem (za příplatek). Koupací sud je umístěn venku a je v provozu od 1. března do 31. října (podle aktuálních teplot). Neumožňujeme ubytování s domácími mazlíčky.

Accomodation in a apartment ( 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 kitchen) in a family house, set in a lovely garden in a quiet suburb of the city of Český Krumlov. The house (GPS 48°50'15.683"N, 14°18'12.613"E) is located near a large forest , with walks on the mountain Kleť, with an observation tower and restaurant. The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. A design apartment with luxurious furnishings and the feeling of home. Free parking right by the house, the centre 10 minutes on foot. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic begins practically at the door.

The apartment features a bright and spacious bedroom with a luxurious double bed, complemented by soft textures and neutral tones. The bathroom, equipped with modern amenities, includes a shower set within the original historical arch of the house, adding unique character to the space. Vítám Vás v tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování. Domeček se nachází v zahradě plné květin, stromů, jahodníků, hortenzií, motýlů a zpěvného ptactva. Sdílet s námi budete zahradu. Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Modern functionalist LOFT overlooking the castle and the town, 10 minutes' walk to the oldtown, Free parking in front of the house, or locked garage if needed for extra fee, smoking only on the terrace allowed, not suitable for wheelchairs (stairs), ideal for 4 or 5 adults or max. 7 guests if travelling with children. Well equipped kitchen ( Tee, Coffee facilities … )

Deer Apartment

Designový apartmán ve stylu horského chaletu s krbem a terasou, v klidné vísce na kraji Českých Budějovic a kousek od Českého Krumlova. Dej si nohy na stůl a odpočiň si v tomto klidném, stylovém ubytování. Apartmán se nachází v prvním patře a má dvě samostatné ložnice s King size postelemi. Dále je zde obývací místnost s jídelnou, sofa a kuchyní s barem.

Suite with 2 BDR in Guard Tower built 1505- centre

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
