We offer 2 good-sized bedrooms, a main bathroom and open plan kitchen & living/dining area which steps out into a spacious garden with seating area & hot tub. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. The closest beach 'Holywell' is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and there are many more fantastic beaches in the vicinity. Truro, Perranporth and Newquay as well as the airport are all within 20 mins drive, Eden Project 40 mins and the A30 is 7 min away. Great for couples all year around for mid-season walking holidays and get away winter breaks.
