The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

First floor loft located in the grounds of a private house with lovely views from the balcony over the golf course. NI Tourist Board Approved. Well equipped open plan with lounge area, fitted kitchen area, dining area, bedroom area, shower room and dressing room. Doors leading out to small first floor balcony.
