Hummingbird House is a beautiful 2 bedroom home on Utila. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance, both with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Esta es la Vida (“This is the Life!”) is a brand new five bedroom ocean front luxury villa. Cathedral ceilings and accordion glass doors blur the lines between your indoor and outdoor space. The white sand area in front of the house allows you to enjoy a game of volleyball or cornhole. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for our guests and it's an easy paddle out to enjoy the reef. Watch while you are paddling as you might spot a spotted Eagle Ray or a pod of dolphins joining you.

With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks & Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.
