The Pineapple Express is a 500 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with ocean views, a private NEW HOT TUB (November 2025), tropical decor, and landscaped with tropical foliage. The home is located in Milolii near city of refuge, Punalu’u bakery, South point. Milolii is 35 miles south of Kona and 65 miles north of Volcanoes Natl. Park. Great area for the adventurers. We are on the South side of Kona, nestled on a 5 acre retreat. Most of the 5 acres have an Ohia forest with native birds singing. We are close to great beaches, snorkeling, (Best Snorkeling on the Island) kayaking, paddle boarding, hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, and much more. Just 45 min. to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park main entrance, and less than 10 minutes to the hiking trails and picnic areas of the HVNP "Kahuku Unit." Milolii Whale House With Ocean Views and Pool!

The Whale House is a great home to watch the whales migrate down the Kona Coast in season! The house has 3 private bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on two levels. The upper (primary level) includes a full service kitchen, two master bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The lower living area is separate from the main living space, is handicap accessible (See Accessibility Notes) and has a private master bedroom and master bath. The house is perfect for couples or families.

Kanaloa (God of the Sea creatures) over looks the Ocean, this room is 140 sq ft, with a queen bed, small table with chairs, no kitchen, large window to view Milky Way, sunrises, all while laying in bed. Kanaloa has its own private composting toilet 25’ from the room, bathroom sink, beach shower. A glamping room for short stays for those wanting a lower nightly price, clean, comfortable, getaway, close to Green Sand Beach and other popular place.
