Charming and cosy Crooked Nook is a 2 bedroom characterful little cottage built in the 1750s. It is quirky, filled with history but is also comfortable with mod cons! Centrally positioned in the Peak District National Park at around 25 miles to both Manchester and Sheffield, Crooked Nook is located in the tiny village of Sparrowpit (1200ft!) in the heart of fantastic cycling and walking countryside with routes, rides and paths criss- crossing the Peak District some right from the front door!

Castleton is a 30 minute walk away or 5 minute car drive where you will find the infamous Mam Tor and Great Ridge. We guarantee a lot of R and R! So much to see and do and a great base

Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Recently restored to create a warm and inviting space, it offers a great base from which to explore the Peak District with the famous Castleton Caves, Kinder Scout & Mam Tor all on your doorstep. Offering, free WiFi, on-street parking, lovely spacious rooms and garden space. Perfect for couples or families with small children. We can accept up to 1 dog, a fee of £30.00 is payable.

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.

Ideal for hillwalking, cycling or just chilling in the garden or in front of the real fire. 5 minutes from great pubs and restaurants, you'll love my cosy cottage with oak beams, real fire, king size comfy bed, smart TV, netflix, parking and free wifi. Included are kitchen basics, tea, coffee milk and a freshly baked loaf with butter and jam on arrival.

Goose Croft, tucked away in Edale

The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. There is a folder in the cottage with a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. There are two pubs, two cafes and a general store in the village.
