Das Alpenchalet Kogel befindet sich am Stadtrand von Bad Tölz hoch über der Altstadt mit einem fantastischem Ausblick auf die Stadt und ins Karwendelgebirge. Es ist luxuriös ausgestattet mit Altholzdachstuhl, Designerküche aus Schwarzstahl, Gartensauna, zwei uneinsehbaren Terrassen, Kamin und einer Mischung aus hochwertigen Designermöbeln und Antiquitäten. Für Kinder gibt es eine Seilbahn, ein Trampolin, Rutsche, Sandkasten, Baumhaus und Fussballplatz sowie im Sommer hauseigene Kamerunschafe.

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Direkt am Tauernradweg mit Ausblick auf die Bergstation der Areitbahn und die umliegende Natur, findet man hier die perfekte Auszeit. Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
