Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

It is in a quiet position near the beautiful river Tweed (ideal for fishing), and within easy reach of Berwick Upon Tweed, the Scottish Borders and the outstanding Northumberland coast. The Smithy is an oasis of peace nestled in the centre of the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Dogs are more than welcome to stay :)
