Welcome to our 1.5 room apartment, located in an absolutely prime location right by the English Garden. The flat offers an unbeatable setting, with numerous attractions just a short walk away. Within minutes on foot, you can reach the beer garden at the Chinese Tower, Leopoldstrasse with its many restaurants, the Pinakotheken, the Siegestor and much more. The university with convenient subway connections (U3 and U6) and the city center (Marienplatz) are just a few minutes away on foot.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
