The villa has 3 levels with their own large bedroom suites. All bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms. Secure off street parking, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, scullery, dining and lounge area.

Brand new 3 Bedroom House with open plan living. The House has a pool and outdoor deck with a garden. The house have beautiful views of the valley and mountains in Hout Bay. Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.

The spacious bedrooms have queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms and sliding doors leading onto balconies facing the Atlantic Ocean and Clifton. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Shanglira is set on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ! The fourth bedroom and bathroom being a separate flatlet ! Pool decks , sunsets , barbecues etc are what you want here! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines washing machine tumble dryer dishwasher ! Bathrooms all have shower gels etc for you also free unlimited purified water! Pl remember we have doggie beds as well xx NO pets live on the property! But yours are welcome
