The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. We are Graham and Shizuka, our two daughters and our sociable Persian cat Saffy. We are offering a comfortable double room with its own entrance in our detached house in a quiet road on the outskirts of Lewes. There is parking in our driveway. 5 minutes walk north or south from the house takes you out onto the Downs yet the town centre is just 20 minutes away.
