This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.

There is a bus stop almost directly opposite your front door, Bellerive is easy driving distance to Hobart;s CBD (around 10 mins), or treat yourself and take the Derwent Ferry (leaving Bellerive) ride across the River Derwent right in to Hobart's waterfront precinct of Salamanca.
