Less than 5 miles to Curtis... Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Borgstrom Creek Cabin

Come and enjoy everything the U.P. has to offer. We are conveniently located less than 3.4 miles off of U.S.2, with the cabin set, 1/8 mile off of Borgstrom Road. We have 2 miles of private walking trails on 280 acres of land. A cozy, spacious, and rustic cabin surrounded by State land. A great place for a big group of people, plenty on parking space, a fun place for a snowmobile get away. The snowmobile trail is 5 miles from the cabin Taquamenon Falls is approximately 51 miles from the cabin

This cottage is centrally located to Oswald's Bear Ranch, Tahquamenon falls, Garlyn Zoo, Sault Ste Marie and St Ignace. Just bring your own food and enjoy! *No pets allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property in Rexton, MI only 40 minutes northwest of the Mackinac Bridge and historic Mackinac Island. Sits on 18 acres of an old apple orchard. Has a 2 track that leads to the ATV/Snowmobile trails and Mackinac Co also allows ATVs on the shoulder of the county roads. Less than a 10-minute drive to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach and the Garlyn Zoo. Tahquamenon Falls is an hour drive to the north. Plenty to see and do all within a days drive.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.
