Er bestaat een mogelijkheid om vanuit de woning boven op de stadsmuur te komen, waar en klein zithoekje staat. Op loopafstand vindt u vele restaurants, boulevard met strand en haven, een gezellig stadscentrum met winkels en horeca. Het Dolfinarium is op loopafstand. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse.
