Downe House is our home in a quiet neighborhood. We support diversity & welcome peaceful folk. Walk to restaurants, grocery, shops, parks. Nearby: bus, Metro, IAD Airport, W&OD Trail. Room/bath are private; 2nd room has a table, chairs, loveseat, dorm fridge, microwave, TV, desk w/computer accessories. You share our front entrance, back porch, patio. When booking, you MUST tell us your ETA (strictly 5-8 PM, M-F, unless you're a returning guest), what brings you to town, how many people (2 max).

Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.
