Walkers can walk to the Avon Valley country path in less than 10 minutes, and cyclists can enjoy quiet country roads within 2 minutes and the scenery of the New Forest within 15 minutes. Walk to the pub (200 yards), or use the kitchen if you are hungry. There is free off road parking for the car, and your bike can be locked up safely indoors.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.
