Ribbonwood Country House is a purpose built guest house built on 7.5 ha of rural rolling land located 5 km north west of Cheviot in North Canterbury. Your room has a fantastic view over the Waiau river valley to the Kaikoura mountains. In your room you'll find a Super King bed, a private ensuite bathroom, a TV, heatpump and tea/coffe making. Guests have access to the library, guest lounge and dining room as well as the outside seating areas. There is a Spa pool (jacuzzi) so bring your togs.

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small town of Amberley,servicing a busy rural and winery community, great place to stop before heading south or north. Our check in time during the week can be by arrangement depending on work commitments, please message me via Airbnb. This bedroom is in our home. At present we are not providing breakfast but can by arrangement with myself at an extra cost. Amberley does have several cafes open in the early morning who provide breakfast menus.

The Guesthouse is set up as a romantic couple's retreat with ambient lighting, comfortable sofa and a cosy loft bed. Please note that you do have to climb a ladder to get into the bed. The Tree House Lodge - Bed & Breakfast

'The Tree House' has a lodge feel and is the magnificent home of Sanna & Ellis. Sanna is from Finland & Ellis, a Kiwi, is a filmmaker for National Geographic. The Tree House has amazing views, overlooking rolling hills to the Kaikoura Mountains. Sanna & Ellis built The Tree House by hand. It has many remarkable features; from two 9m tree trunks in the lounge, to a huge open fire built of rocks up to a ton in weight. The house has featured on TV and in magazines.
